Christmas Delivery

Please note that our Christmas delivery cutoffs have now passed and orders will now arrive after Christmas.

Our warehouse will be closed from Friday 22 December 2023 and will reopen on Wednesday 3rd January 2024. Orders placed during the close down period will be dispatched once we reopen.

**While orders continue to be dispatched in 1-2 business days, please be aware that both Australia Post and New Zealand Post are experiencing delayed delivery times due to limited flights and the ongoing effects of Coronavirus. **

Please note that orders are now unlikely to arrive prior to Christmas day. 

Once we receive your order, it will be carefully packed and dispatched in 1-2 business days.

Please note that we are based in Sydney and all items ship from our Australian warehouse.

Standard Delivery
Standard delivery is free on all orders over $100, or $9.95 on orders of $99.99 and under. 

Once your order has been dispatched, please allow 7-14 business days for delivery and longer for Rural Delivery areas.

Express Delivery 
Express delivery is free on orders of $200 and over. Orders of $100 to $199.99 can upgrade to Express for $9.95.  

For orders of $99.99 and under, Express delivery is $19.95. Once your order has been dispatched, please allow 3-7 days for Express delivery.

Australia Post Parcel Post is our preferred delivery partner, but we may occasionally work with other couriers.

1. You'll find your tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.

miicosmetics.co.nz can only fulfil orders within New Zealand and miicosmetics.com.au can only fulfil orders within Australia. For international purchases, please contact the international team at info@miicosmetics.com
